Train Transfers To and From Vilnius Airport

Next to the single terminal building of Vilnius Airport lies a train stop. Passengers have access to the platforms via a staircase and elevator. From the public zones in the terminal passengers only need to follow the footway, fully signposted.

Trains run into central Vilnius, the capital city of Lithuania. The journey takes just 7 or 8 minutes, and trains run all day, starting at 05.51 am and running until late at night.

From Vilnius Central Railway Station passengers can catch trains to Kaunas Airport, which take ca 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive, starting services from around 06.00 am until late into the evening.

Vilnius Airport trains run 16 times a day, tickets can be bought from vending machines next to the terminal, on the train or at the airport railway station, or at Vilnius Central Railway Station. Train travel is inexpensive, the trip into Vilnius center costing less than 1.00 Euro for a single journey.
